The Role:

We are seeking part-time seasonal sales associates for our Metrotown location! Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain valuable experience in the fashion industry. As a sales associate, you will deliver outstanding guest experiences and contribute to the success of our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly at the store level.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Engage with customers in aspects of culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.
