Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

1. Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They'll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force.
2. Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
3. Work the register - you'll use your fandom knowledge to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix.
4. Communicate fashion & music trend information to management and HQ partners.
5. Support store security by working with management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
6. Help maintain the store's organization by keeping the stock room tidy and organized.
7. Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals.
8. Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

1. Previous experience in retail, especially if you love music and pop culture.
2. Strong customer service and sales skills.
3. You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
5. The ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
