Job summary

Bell is hiring for a Retail Stores position in Canada: Newfoundland, Carbonear. It’s a temporary, part-time role with an emphasis on customer service, sales, and product knowledge. You must meet coverage windows requirements and be available for weekend/evening shifts.

The earnings range is hourly with commissions, and benefits may accompany full-time status. The position offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for growth, and a focus on customer-first experiences in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

You are required to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage windows, including one weekday full availability. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.

Total earning range: $18.00 - $26.00 The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate's experience The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company's applicable commissions' plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.
