Job summary

Bell is hiring in Pickering, Ontario for a part-time Retail Sales role. You will help customers find devices, plans, and services, building connections to match their connectivity needs in a fast‑paced store environment.

Flexible scheduling, training, benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered. Prior experience in Retail Sales or Customer Service is valued, with language skills a plus for bilingual customers.

Qualifications

• Provide 5-hour blocks with at least 1 open and 1 close coverage, including one weekday availability.
• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is an asset.

Total earning range: $20.00 - $28.00 The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications: You are required to provide 1 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage windows, including one weekday full availability. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
