Bell is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate in Pickering to help customers choose devices, plans and services for home and on the go. You will work in a people-first team with flexible full-time or part-time schedules, evening and weekend shifts, and ongoing training for skill development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is an asset.

• Ability to build customer relationships and drive sales targets.

Total earning range: $20.00 - $28.00 The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications:You are required to provide 1 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1Close coverage windows, including one weekday full availability. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
