Bell Canada in Victoria, BC is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to help customers select devices, plans, and services. This temporary part-time role offers flexible scheduling, benefits for part-time and full-time staff, and opportunities for career growth.

You’ll build strong connections with customers, demonstrate products, and strive to hit sales targets while learning about new technology and services. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Total earning range: $20.00 - $29.00. The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications: You are required to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage windows. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length
