Job summary

Bell Canada on Vancouver Island seeks a motivated Retail Associate to assist customers in selecting devices, plans and services for home and mobile connectivity. This temporary part‑time role offers flexible scheduling, full benefits for eligible staff, and a pay structure that includes an hourly base and commissions.

You will engage customers, explain options, and help find the right products while building loyalty and meeting sales targets.

Total earning range: $20.00 - $20.00. The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications:You are required to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1Close coverage windows, including one weekday full availability. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
