Job summary

LEGO Group is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Guildford Town Centre, Surrey BC. The role is part-time with availability up to 25 hours per week, including weekends.

You’ll help create engaging LEGO experiences, maintain displays, and assist with stock rooms and checkout operations while following LEGO Brand standards. The position offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic retail team with potential for a permanent role for high performers.

Responsibilities

• Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions (80%)
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Process information/merchandise through the register system
• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decides
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area

Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)

Location: Guildford Town Centre, Surrey BC.

Contract: Seasonal, part-time basis.

Duration: This position will last until 3 Jan 2026, subject to change based on business needs.

Availability: Up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days. (Availability must be given; not guaranteed to be scheduled for 25 hours.)

Responsibilities

Physical specifications

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers.

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is $20.05.

A bonus scheme with an annual target bonus of of the base salary is in place for this position, subject to contractual terms as well as a standard benefit package.
