About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’ll be an integral part of our team, bringing our brand to life for customers. You’ll engage with customers, provide excellent service, and foster brand loyalty. Your expertise in products will help educate, inform, and inspire customers, supporting a seamless omni-channel shopping experience in collaboration with your leadership team.

  • Engage with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling.
  • Enhance the customer experience using all omni-channel offerings.

  • Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house operations.
  • Maintain a neat, organized work area.
  • Handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally.
  • Execute operational processes efficiently.

  • Passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solver, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
  • Proficient with retail technology.
  • Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
