Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Canada is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and brand experiences in our stores. You will assist customers with product information, demonstrate features, and recommend options that fit their needs.

You will handle POS transactions, maintain visual standards, and help with stock replenishment and store merchandising to support sales goals.

Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years of experience in a retail or similar role or less.
• Ability to operate Inventory and POS systems and related retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and offering product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Process all cash register transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty).
• Assist with product flow and stock handling to support store profitability.
