Job summary

Avenir Energy Ltd. is a leading propane distributor in Canada, offering seasonal propane delivery to residential and commercial customers across Ontario.

Join our Dispatch team to ensure safe, timely deliveries in a dynamic, field-based setting with strong benefits and growth opportunities. This seasonal role requires a Class 3DZ license, at least 3 years of commercial driving experience, a clean CVOR, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3DZ Commercial Driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Clean CVOR / personal driving record within Company standards.
• Able to perform the physical demands of loading and unloading propane.
• Experience delivering propane is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck with propane, adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
• Develop routes with dispatch using knowledge of geography and customer needs.
• Deliver propane to residential and commercial customers safely and efficiently.
• Complete daily pretrip/post trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Report potential hazards to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with company and government policies and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions.
• Schedule may include evenings and/or weekends.

Job Summary:

As a SeasonalPropane Delivery Driver, you will work with our Dispatch team to deliver product safely to our residential and commercial customers. Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and essential service to our Avenir Energy customers in a safety focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in team meetings and discussions
• Work schedule will vary - need willingness to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends
• Other duties as required by supervisor.

This is a Seasonal role, with an immediate start date and a target end date of late march.
