Job description

Part Time Seasonal Position (Approximately 8 weeks, 30 hrs/week)

Hourly: $16.55 CAD

Location: Etobicoke, ON

The Seasonal Program Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to the designated locations, assisting Program Managers (PMs) with clerical and administrative duties. They will ensure the filing and maintenance of confidential program files are completed with a high level of discretion. The Seasonal Program Administrative Clerk will manage their time effectively to meet deadlines set by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. They will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide information about Karis Disability Services.

The Seasonal Program Administrative Clerk will uphold the Values, Vision, and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating courtesy and respect in dealings with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
