Qualifications

• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade products according to established quality standards.
• Operate hand tools and equipment to perform grading tasks.
• Identify and remove any defective or non-conforming product.
• Perform on-farm tasks following regulations and company policies.
• Prioritize health and safety and follow food safety protocols.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork while working independently.
