Qualifications

• Strong scheduling, staffing, and coaching skills.
• Track record of driving sales and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive team environment and lead operations.
• Create schedules and ensure staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily site operations and respond to inquiries.
• Drive sales, ensure cash handling compliance, and performance.
• Coordinate with venue partners and manage seasonal setup/breakdown.
