Kiokii And is a premier retail platform in North America seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate at Guildford Town Centre for the period Oct 26, 2026 to Jan 26, 2027. You will receive, organize, and maintain inventory, assist customers, and support with replenishment and store setup.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, labeling and pricing, stock counts, safety compliance, and collaboration with store teams to ensure smooth operations during peak season.

We are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as a Stock Associate at Guildford Town Centre.This is a seasonal position running from October 26, 2026 to January 26, 2027.

About the Role

As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory within the store. Including but not limited to…

• Manage the shipping and receiving of incoming inventory by unloading, unpacking, and inspecting for accuracy and any damages in a timely manner
• Organize products on shelves and in storage areas, following proper inventory procedures to maintain stock levels of all items
• Conduct regular stock counts andassistin resolving inventory discrepancies or overstock situations
• Ensure products are properly labelled, priced, and presented in accordance to store standards
• Keep stockrooms clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards, ensuring easy access to inventory and optimal operational efficiency
• Assist customers by locating products and offering general support as needed
• Work closely with store teams to ensure timely replenishment of products on the sales floor
• Support with store opening and setup
• Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred

• Basic math proficiency for scheduled inventory counts and supporting loss prevention efforts
• Adheres to company policies and maintains compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30lbs for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas
• Comfortable using ladders or step stools to climb and access higher shelves or stock
• Willing to work in a retail setting that may require moderate noise levels, bright lighting, or fluctuations in temperature
