Job summary

The Body Shop Canada Ltd is hiring for a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Consultant at Stone Road Mall in Guelph, Ontario. You’ll help customers discover products they love and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting during the holiday season.

From October through January, you’ll receive training, support, and the chance to gain valuable retail experience while enjoying flexible scheduling and an energetic team environment that values self-love and giving back.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
• A passion for customer service and the beauty industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating genuine connections with customers.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations and recommend products based on their needs.
• Support the Store Management team in achieving sales and performance goals.
• Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring displays are organized and stocked.
• Assist with replenishment, merchandising, inventory tasks, and general store maintenance.
