Job summary

The Body Shop Canada Ltd is seeking Seasonal Part-Time Customer Consultants for Quinte Mall to deliver exceptional service during the busy holiday period. If you love beauty, enjoy helping customers find products they’ll love, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this could be your best season yet.

From October through January, you’ll join a friendly, inclusive team that values kindness and community. We provide training and support, flexible scheduling, and an employee discount.

As a Seasonal Customer Consultant, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers discover products they love while delivering exceptional service in a fun and fast-paced retail environment. We're hiring temporary Customer Consultants from October through January, with the possibility of future opportunities after the season ends.

What You’ll Do

As a Seasonal Customer Consultant, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting day-to-day store operations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating genuine connections with customers
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations and recommend products based on their individual needs
• Support the Store Management team in achieving sales and performance goals
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming shopping experience for every customer
• Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring displays are organized, clean, and well stocked
• Assist with replenishment, merchandising, inventory tasks, and general store maintenance
• Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, campaigns, and store initiatives
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals
• Bring positivity, energy, and holiday spirit to every shift

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset
• A passion for customer service and the beauty industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence engaging with customers and making product recommendations
• A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent reaching, bending, crouching, and movement throughout the store
