The Body Shop Canada Ltd in Sudbury, ON is hiring a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Consultant for New Sudbury Centre to deliver exceptional service during the holiday rush. You’ll help customers discover products, share recommendations, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

This seasonal role runs October through January with flexible scheduling and an employee discount. Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, and strong communication and teamwork will help you thrive

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating genuine connections with customers.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations and recommend products based on their individual needs.
• Support the Store Management team in achieving sales and performance goals.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
• Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring displays are organized, clean, and well stocked.
• Assist with replenishment, merchandising, inventory tasks, and general store maintenance.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, campaigns, and store initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.
• Bring positivity, energy, and holiday spirit to every shift.
