Job summary

Mark’s in Calgary is seeking a Seasonal eCommerce Associate to help fulfill online orders, maintain a clean stockroom, and assist customers.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate order fulfillment, adherence to loss prevention and shipping policies, and teamwork in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• High energy, enthusiastic and a drive to succeed.
• 3 to 6 months of experience working as a retail shipper/receiver (Merchandiser, Stock Clerk, etc.) is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are filled in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Fulfill online orders.
• Ensure all loss prevention and shipping policies are maintained and followed.
• Review DOM reports with store management.

Job Description

As a Seasonal eCommerce Associate, your main responsibility is to help us get our products out to our customers, fulfill online orders. You will become the heart of our store, maintaining a clean stockroom, and helping our customers.

Key Responsibilities
