Job summary

Mark's is seeking a Seasonal eCommerce Associate to help get our products out to customers by fulfilling online orders, maintaining a clean stockroom, and assisting shoppers. You will become a core part of our store operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

In this seasonally driven role, you will handle online order fulfillment, stockroom upkeep, and customer inquiries. Prior shipping/receiving experience is a plus, and strong communication is essential for success

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• High energy, enthusiastic and a drive to succeed.
• 3 to 6 months of experience working as a retail shipper/receiver (Merchandiser, Stock Clerk, etc.) is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are filled in a timely manner following quality standards
• Fulfill online orders
• Ensure all loss prevention and shipping policies are maintained and followed
• Review DOM reports with store management
• Maintain stockroom(s) and shipping receiving area to Mark's standard
• Assist customers with general inquiries

Our typical hiring range is between $16.00 and $20.00. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
