As a Live Service Agent I, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. This is a call-centric role, where you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers and make a real difference in their lives.

What you'll do :

• Speak with customers via phone, taking ownership of their needs and managing them to completion
• Educate customers about our services and benefits, and find creative solutions to their problems
• Guide customers through potential solutions to find the best match for their needs
• Book services and ensure completion / satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Meet targets with regard to contact rates, bookings, and other key performance indicators
• Be a fierce advocate for our customers, keeping their best interests at the forefront of every interaction

• Schedule : Part-time (20-29 hours / week), full-time (32-40 hours / week), with morning, day, and evening flexibility
• Must be open to weekends and holiday availability

Training :

Must be flexible for the first 3 weeks to work a full time training schedule (9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM EST) that will then change to a part-time or full-time schedule.

• Please note that bonus and equity are not applicable to positions with a fixed-term contract.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $40,248 CAD - $49,700 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
