Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead for the St. Albert Centre to supervise Santa photo sets and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll welcome families, assist with photos, and maintain a warm, energetic leadership style on shift.

The role emphasizes guest experience, team guidance, and hands-on support during peak holiday periods. Prior retail or service experience is helpful, with strong customer service skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escape to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
