Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead for Park Place (AB). The role involves leading a Santa photo team, welcoming families, assisting with photos, and ensuring smooth daily operations during peak holiday periods.

The position offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities for growth within the souvenir photography division. Prior retail or service experience is helpful but not required, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill
