Seasonal French Bilingual Tax Professional – Work from Home

This job involves assisting clients with their tax declarations using TurboImpôt products, providing guidance, reviewing personal tax returns, and managing software inquiries. It aims to promote prosperity worldwide by helping clients navigate tax complexities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping clients complete their tax returns using TurboImpôt.
  • Providing tax advice and reviewing personal tax returns.
  • Using advanced video communication tools to interact with clients and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
  • Ability to provide CRA RepID and use CRA's Représenter un client service.
  • Experience with complex personal tax returns, including employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, foreign income, and credits.
  • Excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work at least 20 hours weekly.

Preferred:

  • Experience with corporate (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.
