Job Description :

The Forklift Operator / Truck Loader is responsible for transporting all finished goods from the assembly line to the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities :

• Transports packaged ice from the bagging room and stacks ice in the warehouse after bundling it into pallets.
• Audits inventory to ensure accurate loading / unloading of stock shipped and received.
• Contributes to process improvements, procedures, and policies.
• Cleans maintenance area to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Displays and supports safe dock practices and implements them in conjunction with drivers.

Additional duties may be assigned.

Candidate Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have a high school diploma and 3-5 years of experience required.
• Must hold and maintain Fork Lift certification / license.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
