Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Brantford, Ontario is seeking a warehouse associate to perform full-case order picking for replenishment and customer orders, retrieve pallets, and build pallets to meet specifications. You will load/unload pallets from trucks or conveyors and apply shrink wrap to ensure secure shipment.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, maintaining storage locations, and conducting routine safety checks.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Load and unload pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines using equipment or manual handling.
• Sort and build product pallets to meet customer specifications.
• Apply shrink wrap to pallets using machinery.
• Complete pre- and post-equipment checklists to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain accurate storage locations through daily cycle counts and inventory tasks.
• Perform other distribution functions as needed based on business volume and operational needs.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate basic powered material handling equipment (e.g., electric pallet jack, forklift).
