Banff Avenue Brewing Company is a well-established brewery and restaurant, renowned as a local favorite. Located in Banff National Park, we are a high-volume business focused on creating exceptional guest experiences through quality food, beverages, and craft beer. Part of the Bearhill Brewing family, we operate breweries in Banff, Jasper, Calgary, and Edmonton.

We are seeking a Seasonal Floor Manager to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide daily leadership and guidance to a large team, assist in training staff, and ensure prompt, friendly service. What You Will Do:

1. Assist in daily restaurant operations, including labor control, communication with FOH and BOH, and supporting service.
2. Assist with liquor ordering, inventory management, and counts.
3. Handle opening and closing duties, including cash management.
4. Collaborate with management to ensure a safe, inclusive environment for staff and guests.
5. Support training and development of staff.
6. Build relationships with community partners to boost profitability.
7. Uphold company values and serve as an ambassador for our venue and the craft beer industry.
8. Share knowledge with staff and guests.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience.
2. 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
3. Passion for craft beer and a fun attitude.
4. Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
5. Availability for various shifts and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
