Job summary

Municipality of North Perth is seeking Seasonal Equipment Operators to support weekend coverage for the upcoming winter. Operating alongside the Roads team, you will assist with winter operations including road patrol and snow removal on roads and sidewalks, plus construction and maintenance as needed.

Applicants must have a Secondary School Diploma and a DZ/AZ license with a clean driving record, plus experience in construction or related fields.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment. Grader and front-end loader experience is an asset.
• Completion of a satisfactory criminal record check.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts, as required for snow removal operations.

Job description

The salary range for this position is $31.68 - $39.60 per hourplus standbypayaccording to the HR Policy. Salary will align with experience and qualifications.
