What you will do
  • Process a large volume of product orders through SAP system.
  • In consultation with Product Managers, verify product availability and eligibility for sale utilizing shared forecasting technology tools.
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers, distribution centers, managers, and retail locations regarding product orders.
  • On a routine basis, provide accurate information regarding product availability and delivery times.
  • Professionally respond to customer inquiries via e-mail, Microsoft Teams, and phone.
  • Clearly communicate timely resolution of product or service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions’ and industry regulatory and Environmental Health & Safety standards.
  • Complete additional job duties to meet business objectives, across all shelves of Nutrien Ag Solutions and UAP.
What You Will Bring

  • Effective methods for managing multiple and competing demands from a variety of sources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Skilled in accurate and quick touch typing.
  • Keen interest in learning for continuous improvement.
  • Basic understanding of math to convert weights and volumes for shipping needs.
  • Previous work experience in service industries is preferred, not required.
  • A passion for agriculture or logistics is a bonus.
  • Prior experience with SAP software is an asset.
