Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise a crew of technicians and skilled laborers in completing various home service projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate project plans and expectations to crew members and ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards
- Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and ensure quality work
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all company safety procedures
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner to address any concerns or questions
