Qualifications

• 7 day availability is required
• If residing in Quebec, bilingual (French and English) required

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route
• Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service
• Provides related customer service functions
• Operates computerized tracking and dispatch systems
• Answers customer questions on FedEx Canada's features of service and requirements
