Job summary

Hillberg & Berk is hiring Seasonal Client Ambassadors for our Willowbrook store in Langley to greet clients, help them find the perfect piece, and ensure a smooth shopping experience during the busy holiday season.

You’ll unpack shipments, restock floor and stockroom, wrap gifts, and keep the store looking and operating to our visual standards throughout peak periods, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• One to two years of retail, hospitality, food service, or similar fast-paced experience.
• Comfort with physical, detail-heavy work (standing, lifting, step stool).
• Availability through peak period (evenings, weekends, Black Friday, Boxing Day)

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and helping them find something they'll genuinely love.
• Receiving shipment, replenishing the floor, and keeping the stockroom in order.
• Gift wrapping and packaging with care and speed.
• Working the POS and keeping the line moving without making anyone feel rushed.
• Maintaining the store to our visual standards throughout the day.
• Backing up your team with ad hoc support requests

Each holiday season, our stores become the place people come to find the gift they've been thinking about since October. It's the most joyful and most demanding stretch of our year, and we're hiring Seasonal Client Ambassadors at our Willowbrook location in Langley, to help us celebrate the season!

Hillberg & Berk was founded at a kitchen table in Regina in 2007 and has been women-owned ever since. We design jewellery for people who'd rather express themselves than blend in, and we donate a minimum of 1% of annual sales to causes supporting women. Every box that leaves our stores over the holidays carries a bit of that magic with it.

About The Role

This job is client-facing, and it's hands-on. You'll welcome clients, support the team in helping them find the right piece, and ensuring their experience is smooth from start to finish. You'll also unpack shipment, replenish the floor, keep the stockroom accurate , wrap a lot of gifts, and put the store back together between rushes.
