Job summary

Hillberg & Berk is seeking a Seasonal Client Ambassador for the Southcentre Mall location in Calgary. You will greet clients, help them select jewellery, and ensure a smooth shopping experience while assisting with unpacking, stocking, wrapping gifts, and mall operations during peak periods.

The role is client-facing and hands-on, with duties including stock replenishment, gift packaging, and POS operation. Availability through peak periods, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, food service, or similar fast-paced experience.
• Comfort with physical, detail-heavy work: standing, lifting, and using a step stool.
• Availability through peak period, including evenings and weekends (Black Friday and Boxing Day).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and help them find pieces they love.
• Receive shipments, replenish floor stock, and keep stockroom in order.
• Wrap gifts and wrap a lot of gifts with care and speed.
• Operate the POS and keep the line moving without rushing customers.
• Maintain store visuals and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Support team with ad hoc requests as needed.

Seasonal Client Ambassador - Southcentre

Each holiday season, our stores become the place people come to find the gift they've been thinking about since October. It's the most joyful and most demanding stretch of our year, and we're hiring Seasonal Client Ambassadors at our Southcentre Mall location in Calgary to help us celebrate the season!

Hillberg & Berk was founded at a kitchen table in Regina in 2007 and has been women-owned ever since. We design jewellery for people who'd rather express themselves than blend in, and we donate a minimum of 1% of annual sales to causes supporting women. Every box that leaves our stores over the holidays carries a bit of that magic with it.

About The Role

This job is client-facing, and it's hands-on. You'll welcome clients, support the team in helping them find the right piece, and ensuring their experience is smooth from start to finish. You'll also unpack shipment, replenish the floor, keep the stockroom accurate , wrap a lot of gifts, and put the store back together between rushes.

• Maintaining the store to our visual standards throughout the day
• Backing up your team with ad hoc support requests
