Job summary

Purdys Chocolatier in Burnaby is seeking a Chocolate Sales Connoisseur for a seasonal part-time shop role at Lougheed Town Centre. You will drive sales and profits by meeting goals while delivering outstanding customer service and sharing our award-winning chocolates with customers.

This position requires availability for all shifts, with emphasis on evenings and weekends, and offers an employee discount, a referral program, and a friendly, fun team environment.

Job type: Part-time, Seasonal

Hours are estimated to be: 15 hours per week

Expected pay range: $18.25 per hour

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Chocolate Sales Connoisseur to join us at our shop in Lougheed Town Centre. You will produce sales and profits by achieving sales goals and by providing excellent customer service. This position is a great opportunity to expand your experience in retail while selling our award-winning chocolate products.

This is a seasonal part-time position with a possibility of becoming permanent. It requires availability for all types of shifts (weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays),particularly evenings and weekends.

You will be a good fit if you are:

• Excited about our Chocolatier training program – we will teach you everything about chocolate from its origins to our production process (previous retail experience is an asset)
