Bass Pro Shops in Edmonton North, AB is seeking a Seasonal part-time Cashier to greet customers and guide them through the checkout experience. You will handle payments, answer questions, and promote services offered at the front end.

You’ll use SAP POS to process transactions, assist with store duties, and help maintain a welcoming environment. Prior retail or outdoor lifestyle product knowledge is a plus; reliability and customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• One or more years in sales or service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and use good judgment.
• Experience with outdoor lifestyle products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Provide a legendary experience and promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs.
• Use SAP POS systems to complete transactions accurately per policy.
• Process payments via debit, credit, gift cards, and cash.
• Resolve customer issues using sound judgment and escalate when needed.
• Open/close duties: stock, cash wraps, and organize drawers.
• Assist in other areas of the store as business needs dictate.
