Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak periods in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will help create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store and assisting with inventory and promotions.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding client service, teamwork, and adherence to Sephora standards while maintaining flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service. Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising. Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork. Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards. Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
