Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help create a welcoming client experience and maintain a stocked, visually ready store.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll collaborate with teammates, deliver exceptional service, and stay punctual and reliable. Availability during peak retail hours, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
