Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak periods. You will help create a welcoming, well-stocked store and deliver an outstanding client experience in a fast-paced beauty environment.

In this seasonal role, you’ll contribute to client moments and collaborate with the team to uphold Sephora standards, with flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by creating outstanding client experiences and helping achieve sales goals.
• Support daily operations: inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising: ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork: promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards: follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
