Job summary

Sephora Canada is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Richmond, BC to deliver outstanding client experiences and support store operations during peak periods.

You will help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and assist with onstage service while promoting a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Flex scheduling and opportunities for growth are available in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by creating outstanding client experiences and helping achieve sales goals.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand in promotions and events.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to empower colleagues and clients.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following policies and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.
