Job summary

L'Occitane En Provence on Yonge Street is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Host to warmly welcome guests and create a memorable, sensorial holiday shopping experience.

You will recommend skincare, body care and fragrance gifts, tailor recommendations to each guest, and support store operations during peak season while maintaining visual standards and guest-first service.

Qualifications

• Warm, engaging communication and genuine hospitality.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or sales-driven environments is a plus.
• Guest-first mindset with ability to listen and personalise recommendations.
• Interest in skincare, body care, fragrance and gifting is advantageous.
• Flexibility to support seasonal retail schedules, incl. peak periods.
• Basic tech skills and comfort with store tools and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and festive energy to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Recommend skincare, body care and fragrance gifts for all on the list.
