L'Occitane En Provence is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Host for our TD Center boutique in Toronto. You will welcome guests with warmth, provide personalized gifting suggestions, and ensure a memorable, sensorial shopping experience during the holiday season.

Assist guests in selecting skincare, body care, and fragrance gifts while maintaining a vibrant, guest-first atmosphere and collaborating with the team to meet seasonal goals and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Warm, engaging communication skills and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude; experience in retail, hospitality, or sales-driven environments is beneficial.
• Guest-first mindset with ability to listen, personalize recommendations, and support gifting needs.
• Interest in skincare, body care, and fragrance and the art of gifting is beneficial.
• Adaptability, reliability, and flexibility to support a seasonal retail schedule, including peak periods.
• Basic technology skills and comfort learning point-of-sale and store tools.
