L'Occitane En Provence is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Host for our Fairview Mall boutique in Toronto to greet guests and create a memorable, sensory shopping experience during the holiday season.

You will recommend premium skincare, body care, and fragrance gifts, adapt to a fast-paced moment, support store operations, and work with a collaborative team to deliver warm, guest-first service.

Qualifications

• Warm, engaging communication and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude; experience in retail, hospitality, or a sales-driven environment is beneficial.
• Guest-first mindset with ability to listen, personalize recommendations, and support holiday gifting needs.
• Interest in skincare, body care, fragrance, and gifting is beneficial.
• Adaptability, reliability, and flexibility to support a seasonal retail schedule, including peak shopping periods.
• Basic technology skills and comfort learning POS and store tools.
