Job Title: Sales Associate

Primary Purpose:

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to achieve sales goals, develop product knowledge, provide exemplary customer service, and build personal connections with guests.

Responsibilities include:

1. Client & Service Expert: Achieve sales goals, develop product knowledge, deliver the ultimate Kate Spade experience, and connect with guests.
2. Building Brand Equity: Communicate the brand aesthetic and philosophy, and work effectively as part of a team.
3. Operational Excellence: Execute operational tasks, process transactions accurately, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications:

• Professional selling and interpersonal skills
• Prior luxury goods experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Climb ladders
