Job summary

Sephora Canada is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Vaughan Mills to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak periods. You’ll help maintain a visually ready store, assist with inventory and replenishment, and contribute to a fast-paced beauty environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to develop client service skills, with compensation ranging CAD$19.20 to CAD$22.60 per hour plus potential bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr.
