Sephora Canada is hiring a Seasonal Associate at the Bayview Village location to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak season. You will help maintain stock, assist with merchandising, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment aligned with Sephora standards.

The role requires availability for nights and weekends, with 0–14 hours per week and a flexible schedule. Competitive hourly remuneration reflects seasonal duties in Ontario, Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.
