Job summary

Sephora Canada in Toronto is seeking seasonal associates to deliver outstanding client experiences during peak retail periods. You will help manage store operations, maintain visual standards, and assist customers with enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hourly wages CAD$19.20–CAD$22.60, with potential for performance-based bonuses, competitive benefits, and learning and development initiatives. Availability during peak times and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr.
