Carter's, Inc. in St. Catharines is seeking a Seasonal Associate to warmly welcome customers, guide them through product selections, and support a busy retail floor. You will assist with omnichannel needs, process POS transactions, and maintain the store's appearance while promoting brand loyalty. Availability for days, weekends, and holidays is expected, with opportunities for growth beyond the season.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process point of sale transactions and expedite checkout.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty program to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing outstanding service and maintaining a clean store.
