Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate in St. Thomas, ON.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, and help families prepare for school and everyday moments. You’ll resolve issues, process POS transactions, restock, and promote promotions and loyalty programs. The role offers part-time hours in a fast-paced store with a strong team environment and opportunities to learn and grow within Carter’s family brands.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lb (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally in a busy retail space.
• Assist customers with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Process sales transactions at the POS accurately.
• Restock shelves and complete floor replenishment as needed.
• Explain promotions and Carter’s loyalty program to customers.
• Support loss prevention by maintaining store standards and safety.
