Job summary

Sephora Canada is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Richmond, BC to support both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will help maintain a welcoming store, keeping products stocked and visually ready while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role is seasonal with flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week on average), requiring availability during peak retail periods, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.

• Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand in promotional setups and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
