Job summary

Sephora Canada at BC-Pine Centre in Prince George invites applications for a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations.

You will help keep a welcoming, visually ready store, assist with merchandising, and contribute to a fast-paced team during peak periods, with flexible 0-14 hours weekly.

Compensation ranges CAD$19.85–CAD$24.80 per hour plus potential bonuses, benefits, and development opportunities; weekend/evening availability preferred.

As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You’ll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Qualifications/Experience

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr.
